CAMP RULES & AGREEMENT
On the premise that SchoolNextDoor (hereinafter SND) organizes summer camps for campers aged 4 to 12; camps will run during the summer 2024, it is the intention of the signatory to adhere to this initiative and that an enrolment form is a contract governed by the Italian law;
It is agreed that:
Art. 1 – PREMISES
The abovementioned premises constitute an integral part of the agreement.
Art. 2 – PARTICIPATION
Registration for each camp is formalized by completing the enrolment form in all its parts together with the payment in full.
Art. 3 – There will be a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 30 participants per week at each of our residential/daily camps.
Art. 4 – PRICES
The final price is calculated as the sum total of all the elements of the holiday: stay, transfer,additional services (e.g. horse riding tuitions). Payments may be divided in two: a deposit payment equal to 40% of the total price at registration, and the remaining balance payable by May 31st 2024.
For enrolments after the end of May the full balance is due at the time of registration. The deposit paid at the time of enrolment represents a down payment necessary to hold the spot and is non-refundable, except in case of the cancellation of the camp on the part of SND, as mentioned in Art. 5, or any withdrawals in accordance with the parameters stated in Art. 7.
The enrolment price covers the cost of registration, 3rd party insurance, private insurance, all academic materials, accommodation, all living expenses during the participant’s stay, sport and equipment, three meals and two snacks per day, daily room cleaning service, plus all extras selected such as transfer or private horse-riding tuitions.
Art. 5 – CANCELLATION OF THE CAMP
SND reserves the right to cancel the camp, any time before the commencement of the camp, if participants do not reach the minimum number set out in Art. 3, in which case the camper has the right to a full refund of all fees paid, without exception.
Art. 6 – CHANGES
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program before and/or during the camp in the event of technical or organisational needs, or under any circumstances that may be required it.
Art. 7 – WITHDRAWAL (BEFORE OR DURING THE CAMP)
For enrolments after the end of May the full balance is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable, except in case of the cancellation of the camp on the part of SND, as mentioned in Art. 5, or any withdrawals in accordance with the parameters stated in Art. 7. Any camper who withdraws from the summer camp once it is underway has no right to a refund for any days missed.
Art. 8 – DISMISSAL FROM CAMP
SND reserves the absolute right to dismiss any participant who shows an inability to adapt to a group life and who causes any serious disturbance to the activities with behaviour that is not keeping with the spirit of the camp. Any serious violation of “common sense” rules, such as damage to property,
a lack of respect for staff of any kind and to any degree, or disrespectful behaviour towards others during activities and recreation time will result in the participant’s immediate dismissal from camp.
Regardless of the unpleasant nature of the dismissal, the abovementioned measures are necessary to guarantee the health, balance and protection of individual participants and the community. In case of dismissal, the participant will not have the right to any refund.
Art. 9 – OBJECTS NOT PERMITTED
The following objects are forbidden, items such as: radios, speakers, penknives, videogames, iPads, fireworks, laser pointers, water or air guns and any other object that may be considered dangerous.
In any of the abovementioned objects or other similar objects that the staff consider unsuitable are brought to the camp, they will be confiscated and returned to the participant or their parents at the end of the camp. Use of mobile phone is allowed only during certain hours, and for a limited time.
Art. 10 – RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE
On arrival, participants are taken into the care by the camp staff directly from the parent or legal guardian. At the end of the camp, participants are only allowed to be picked up by the parent or legal guardian or relatives in possession of the necessary written authorization signed by one of the participant’s parents or legal guardians and on presentation of a valid form of identification.
Art. 11 – SWIMMING ABILITY
All participants must specify the competence in swimming, in case they are not competent swimmers they will be requested to always wear inflatable armbands whilst in the water.
Art. 12 – INSURANCE
The enrolment includes 3rd Party liability and a personal insurance.
Art. 13 – LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
SND is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to participants’ personal items or valuables prior to, during or following camp activities.
Art. 14 – OBSERVATION AND JURISDICTION
Any complaints and/or observations by parents should be communicated solely and exclusively to the Camp Director in charge of the summer camp.
Any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, execution and /or termination of the contract shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.
Art. 15 – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I, the undersigned, authorize SND to process, archive and use my personal data to the sole purpose of processing the enrolment to the camp and keep me up to date with its programs. In accordance with the law 675/96 for the protection of privacy, I may request at any time the deletion or rectification of the data kept by SND.
Art. 16 – PAYMENT
Payment’s date may be divided in two: a deposit payment equal to 40% of the total price at registration, and the remaining amount balance payable by May 31st, 2024. For enrolments after the end of May the full balance is due at the time of registration.

REGOLE E ACCORDO DEL CAMPO
Premesso che SchoolNextDoor (di seguito SND) organizza campi estivi per ragazzi di età compresa tra 4 e 12 anni; i campi si svolgeranno durante l'estate 2024, è intenzione del sottoscritto aderire a questa iniziativa e che il modulo di iscrizione costituisce un contratto disciplinato dalla legge italiana;
Si conviene che:
Art. 1 – PREMESSE
Le premesse di cui sopra costituiscono parte integrante dell'accordo.
Art. 2 – PARTECIPAZIONE
L'iscrizione a ciascun campo è formalizzata completando il modulo di iscrizione in tutte le sue parti insieme al pagamento completo.
Art. 3 – Ci sarà un minimo di 10 partecipanti e un massimo di 30 partecipanti per settimana in ciascuno dei nostri campi residenziali/giornalieri.
Art. 4 – PREZZI
Il prezzo finale è calcolato come somma totale di tutti gli elementi della vacanza: soggiorno, trasferimento, servizi aggiuntivi (ad es. lezioni di equitazione). I pagamenti possono essere suddivisi in due: un acconto pari al 40% del prezzo totale al momento dell'iscrizione, e il saldo rimanente da pagare entro il 31 maggio 2024.
Per le iscrizioni dopo la fine di maggio, il saldo completo è dovuto al momento dell'iscrizione. L'acconto pagato al momento dell'iscrizione rappresenta un pagamento necessario per mantenere il posto e non è rimborsabile, eccetto in caso di cancellazione del campo da parte di SND, come menzionato nell'Art. 5, o di ritiri in conformità con i parametri indicati nell'Art. 7.
Il prezzo di iscrizione copre il costo della registrazione, assicurazione contro terzi, assicurazione privata, tutti i materiali didattici, alloggio, tutte le spese di vitto durante il soggiorno del partecipante, sport e attrezzature, tre pasti e due spuntini al giorno, servizio di pulizia giornaliero della camera, oltre a tutti gli extra selezionati come il trasferimento o lezioni private di equitazione.
Art. 5 – CANCELLAZIONE DEL CAMPO
SND si riserva il diritto di cancellare il campo, in qualsiasi momento prima dell'inizio del campo, se i partecipanti non raggiungono il numero minimo indicato nell'Art. 3, nel qual caso il partecipante ha diritto a un rimborso completo di tutte le quote pagate, senza eccezioni.
Art. 6 – MODIFICHE
Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma prima e/o durante il campo in caso di necessità tecniche o organizzative, o in qualsiasi circostanza che lo richieda.
Art. 7 – RITIRO (PRIMA O DURANTE IL CAMPO)
Per le iscrizioni dopo la fine di maggio, il saldo completo è dovuto al momento dell'iscrizione e non è rimborsabile, eccetto in caso di cancellazione del campo da parte di SND, come menzionato nell'Art. 5, o di ritiri in conformità con i parametri indicati nell'Art. 7. Qualsiasi partecipante che si ritira dal campo estivo una volta iniziato non ha diritto a un rimborso per i giorni persi.
Art. 8 – ESPULSIONE DAL CAMPO
SND si riserva il diritto assoluto di espellere qualsiasi partecipante che dimostri un'incapacità di adattarsi alla vita di gruppo e che causi seri disturbi alle attività con comportamenti non in linea con lo spirito del campo. Qualsiasi grave violazione delle regole di "buon senso", come danni alla proprietà, mancanza di rispetto verso il personale di qualsiasi tipo e grado, o comportamenti irrispettosi verso gli altri durante le attività e il tempo libero, comporterà l'espulsione immediata del partecipante dal campo.
Indipendentemente dalla spiacevole natura dell'espulsione, le suddette misure sono necessarie per garantire la salute, l'equilibrio e la protezione dei singoli partecipanti e della comunità. In caso di espulsione, il partecipante non avrà diritto a nessun rimborso.
Art. 9 – OGGETTI NON PERMESSI
Sono proibiti i seguenti oggetti: radio, altoparlanti, coltellini, videogiochi, iPad, fuochi d'artificio, puntatori laser, pistole ad acqua o aria e qualsiasi altro oggetto che possa essere considerato pericoloso.
Qualsiasi degli oggetti sopra menzionati o altri oggetti simili che il personale consideri inadatti portati al campo saranno confiscati e restituiti al partecipante o ai loro genitori alla fine del campo. L'uso del telefono cellulare è consentito solo durante alcune ore e per un tempo limitato.
Art. 10 – RICEVIMENTO E PARTENZA
All'arrivo, i partecipanti sono presi in custodia dal personale del campo direttamente dal genitore o tutore legale. Alla fine del campo, i partecipanti possono essere ritirati solo dal genitore o tutore legale o da parenti in possesso dell'autorizzazione scritta necessaria firmata da uno dei genitori o tutori legali del partecipante e previa presentazione di un documento d'identità valido.
Art. 11 – ABILITÀ DI NUOTO
Tutti i partecipanti devono specificare la competenza nel nuoto, in caso non siano nuotatori competenti sarà richiesto loro di indossare sempre i braccioli gonfiabili mentre sono in acqua.
Art. 12 – ASSICURAZIONE
L'iscrizione include responsabilità verso terzi e un'assicurazione personale.
Art. 13 – OGGETTI PERSI O DANNEGGIATI
SND non è responsabile per la perdita, il furto o il danneggiamento degli oggetti personali o dei beni di valore dei partecipanti prima, durante o dopo le attività del campo.
Art. 14 – OSSERVAZIONI E GIURISDIZIONE
Eventuali reclami e/o osservazioni da parte dei genitori devono essere comunicati esclusivamente al Direttore del Campo responsabile del campo estivo.
Qualsiasi controversia riguardante la validità, l'interpretazione, l'esecuzione e/o la cessazione del contratto sarà devoluta alla giurisdizione esclusiva del Tribunale di Firenze.
Art. 15 – TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
Il sottoscritto autorizza SND a trattare, archiviare e utilizzare i propri dati personali al solo scopo di elaborare l'iscrizione al campo e tenermi aggiornato sui suoi programmi. In conformità con la legge 675/96 per la protezione della privacy, posso richiedere in qualsiasi momento la cancellazione o la rettifica dei dati conservati da SND.
Art. 16 – PAGAMENTO
La data del pagamento può essere suddivisa in due: un acconto pari al 40% del prezzo totale al momento dell'iscrizione, e il saldo rimanente da pagare entro il 31 maggio 2024. Per le iscrizioni dopo la fine di maggio, il saldo completo è dovuto al momento dell'iscrizione.
IN ACCETTAZIONE DI QUESTO ACCORDO COSTITUITO DA 16 ARTICOLI NELLA SUA INTEREZZA
Dichiaro di aver letto i termini e le condizioni e di dare il mio consenso specificamente in conformità con gli Articoli: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.
